Many of our products are digital downloads, such as WordPress plugins, multimedia assets, and other downloadable content.

  • No physical shipping is required for digital downloadable products.
  • After successful payment you will receive an email containing a download link.
  • Downloads are typically available immediately or within a few minutes of purchase.
  • You must be logged into your account to access and download your files. We recommend downloading and safely storing your assets as soon as possible.
  • Software activation keys will be sent to your billing email address.
  • If you experience any issues accessing your digital downloads, please contact our support team at support@cyborganicarts.co.uk and include your order number.
Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, except where required by law.

2. External Products

Some items in our catalogue are fulfilled directly by trusted external partners and third-party suppliers. These products are clearly marked on the product page with the symbol [ ⧉ ].

  • Once your order is confirmed, the external partner manages packing and shipping.
  • Delivery times, shipping costs, and tracking information are determined by the partner and are displayed at checkout or in the context of the product page.
