What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect the minimal amount of data in order to fulfil our business needs and to comply with payment processing standards such as your business details or name, address, postcode, contact details, transactional data, purchase history and connection telemetry. We use this data to process payments, accounting, customer services, relaying software access keys to your email address, providing email updates such as news of important software updates related to a product you have purchased and optionally for email marketing such as notifying you of new digital assets which we have recently added to our inventory. When you place an order for a subscription based product such as a software package, our system will automatically generate a software access license key and send it to your provided email address.
