How do I connect my Android/iOS application to my Cyborganic Stratus account?
Cyborganic Stratus users should use username@cloud.cyborganicarts.co.uk as the server address and the password/key created during registration. Don't forget to replace username with your registered username.
Enterprise users should use username@example.com as the server address, replacing example.com with their custom domain or subdomain. Don't forget to replace username with your registered username from your private server.
Is my data private and secure?
Data is stored in an encrypted state at rest and in transit. We place your privacy and security at the top of our priorities. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand more about how Cyborganic Arts processes your data.
How does automatic backup work on my smartphone?
Install the Nextcloud Files app, grant file access, and enable auto-backup. New files/photos/videos are then synchronized when you're connected to the internet over Wi-Fi (or over mobile data if you permit mobile data access).
Can I share files or folders with family/friends?
Absolutely. Create secure share links (with or without passwords/expiration), or invite people directly to shared folders with view-only or edit permissions. You have granular controls over data sharing with Nextcloud & Cyborganic Stratus.
What happens if my device or server goes offline?
Files remain accessible from any other logged-in device. File sync resumes automatically when your device or server is back online.
What is Nextcloud?
Nextcloud is the world's most deployed on-premises content collaboration platform. It provides the full functionality of a "Public Cloud" (like Dropbox or OneDrive) but with the security of a "Private Cloud." We provide Nextcloud through our Local Cloud service (Cyborganic Stratus) for ease of use, or as Private Server deployment for clients who require total infrastructure isolation and custom configurations.

All customer data is securely stored in our primary data centre located in England. Your data is protected at rest using 256 bit encryption and encrypted in transit using secure hypertext transfer protocol. Our commitment to industry leading standards ensures your data is protected from both physical and digital threats.
Data processing (when required) only occurs within the United Kingdom or EU/EEA regions that offer an equivalent level of protection under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not transfer personal data outside these jurisdictions without explicit consent.
